Instilling the value of caring for the environment is effective if stimulated from an early age, it is able to develop potential and personality in children. The character of caring for the environment is an effort or action to take care of nature and prevent environmental damage, so that the environment is preserved. However, this has not been carried out optimally, even though it has a good influence in the future. This study aims to describe the inculcation of environmental care character values in children through the ecobrick program. The methodology used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques, namely interviews, documentation, and observations. The findings of this study show how the ecobrick program can be used to teach the value of caring for the environment to children through the maintenance of classrooms and schools, plant maintenance, provision of organic and inorganic waste bins, cleanliness of toilets, and the availability of handwashing stations. The conclusion of this study is that the inculcation of the character of caring for the environment in children through the ecobrick program includes the maintenance of classrooms and schools by instilling a sense of responsibility and caring for the environment, getting used to maintaining cleanliness and the school environment. Taking care of plants, introducing various plants to children. The availability of organic and inorganic waste bins, the provision of an understanding of dry and wet waste, the habit of throwing waste in its place, reducing the use of waste. Providing clean bathrooms, hand washing stations, children's habits to wash their hands before and after activities.
