Implementasi Smart Growth Monitoring melalui Alat Pemantau Digital Otomatis Berbasis Aplikasi Real-Time untuk Deteksi Dini Stunting di Posyandu Bunda

Abstract

Stunting is a global health issue that has long-term impacts on children's physical and cognitive development. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stunting remains high, making early detection efforts crucial. This community service program aims to implement Smart Growth Monitoring through an automated digital monitoring device integrated with a real-time application to detect stunting early at Posyandu Bunda, Tasikmalaya. The monitoring device records children's growth parameters such as weight, height, and head circumference, which are then analyzed using a cloud-based application. This program aims not only to improve the accuracy of child growth monitoring but also to provide education to the community on the importance of early detection of stunting. The results of this tool's implementation show improved, faster, and more accurate monitoring, facilitating the necessary interventions. This program is expected to expand the reach of stunting monitoring at the posyandu level and support the government's efforts to reduce stunting rates in Indonesia.
