Abstract

The Regional Secretariat Office (SETDA) of Garut Regency is a government building that requires a reliable electrical installation network design system, be it electricity installations and electrical systems. The Garut Regency SETDA Office has several renovated buildings, especially in buildings D and E which have not been renovated due to the gradual development planning. The problem that occurs in this study is the development of a load that seems quite significant, so it needs to be done right calculations. At the time of construction, electrical materials such as cable cross sections need to be considered. In addition, the calculation of the load will also be done to adjust to the electrical material used, such as the MCB and attached cables. This study aims to determine the electrical power that will be installed from the load development and development of new buildings and to analyze the electrical materials needed from the load development and the development of new buildings in buildings D and E in accordance with PUIL 2011. Used namely through the process of taking data on the development of installed loads in the SETDA Office Building D and E of Garut Regency. The total installed power planning in the SETDA Office Building D and E is 61495,3 Watt or 72347,412 VA using 3 phase MCCB 125 A on MDP.
