This study aims to develop a Web- and Mobile-Based Booking and Service Management Information System for Prime Photo Studio to address inefficiencies occurring in its manual service workflow. Key problems identified include unstructured scheduling, vulnerability to data loss, limited transparency of service progress, and a high dependence on direct communication between customers and administrators. To resolve these issues, the system was designed using the Agile development methodology, which supports iterative development and continuous evaluation. The system consists of a mobile application for customers and a web-based platform for administrators. The mobile application provides features for service package selection, booking, payment proof submission, and real-time progress tracking, while the web application supports booking management, payment verification, status updates, and scheduling. System evaluation using Black Box Testing confirmed that all functional components operate as expected. The results indicate that the system improves operational efficiency, reduces manual recording errors, enhances data accuracy, and increases customer convenience through transparent service monitoring.
