Smart Chat TB: Aplikasi Mobile untuk Deteksi Dini dan Monitoring Pengobatan Tuberkulosis

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major health challenge in Indonesia, with a high risk of treatment failure due to low patient adherence and limited access to rapid medical consultation. Latency issues in conventional telemedicine services often hinder patients from obtaining timely information. This study aims to design and build the "Smart Chat TBC" mobile application as a self-care platform integrating early detection and interactive education functions. The system development utilizes the Agile method with the Scrum framework, implemented using Flutter for the user interface and Laravel for the backend. The application features an expert system for TB risk screening, Chat AI enabling autonomous and real-time medical information consultation, and a medication schedule management system with automatic notifications. Functional testing results demonstrate that the application effectively facilitates symptom monitoring, education, and treatment adherence without the operational time constraints of medical personnel. This implementation is expected to be an efficient solution in preventing treatment drop-outs and supporting TB elimination strategies through a digital technology approach.
