The digital transformation of pharmacy services is essential to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Many pharmacies still rely on manual processes that cause inefficiencies in inventory control, transaction recording, and customer services. This study aims to design and implement an integrated mobile and web-based pharmacy information system for Hans Subang Pharmacy. The system consists of a Flutter-based mobile application for customers and a Laravel-based web application for pharmacists, connected through RESTful APIs. The Agile Scrum method was applied to ensure flexibility and iterative development. Key features include online medicine ordering, real-time stock monitoring, digital payment integration via Midtrans, delivery cost calculation using RajaOngkir, live chat, and medication reminders using Firebase Cloud Messaging. System testing was conducted through unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and system testing. The results show that the system operates stably, improves transaction efficiency, enhances inventory accuracy, and increases customer satisfaction. This system can serve as a reference for similar digital pharmacy implementations.
