SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN VENDOR INTERIOR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DAN TECHNIQUE FOR ORDER OF PREFERENCE BY SIMILARITY TO IDEAL SOLUTION

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Yales Ultima Karya, a company that provides construction and building services in South Jakarta. The problem with this company lies in the mismatch of costs, time and quality which results in less than optimal results, giving rise to complaints from consumers and affecting the company's credibility. The importance of maintaining credibility in a company will have an impact on the good or bad image of the company. By using five aspects of criteria, namely price, quality, time, credibility and responsiveness. These criteria are selected based on needs and adapted to the company. Based on the problems that occur, a Decision Support System (DSS) is
needed which can help decision makers in assessing and selecting vendors in a more objective and structured manner. The AHP method is used to weight the criteria, then combined with the TOPSIS method for ranking to get the best alternative from the existing criteria. The results of this research obtained calculations using Excel from analysis of data from questionnaires given to related parties, then  implemented a website-based Decision Support System so that rankings can be determined in selecting
interior vendors from five criteria and five alternatives. The results of implementing AHP and TOPSIS in the system are in accordance with the calculation design resulting in the selection of the best interior vendor being Vendor E with a final score of 0.723.
