Abstract

This research aims to implement a native web-based employee management information system at Global Medical Center, with a focus on the efficiency of managing work schedules through the shift feature and increasing attendance accuracy using QR code technology. This system is expected to solve the problem of shift management that is still done manually and increase the productivity and effectiveness of clinic operations. The method used is a waterfall approach involving requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the developed system is able to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing shifts and employee attendance, with an increase in attendance recording accuracy of up to 95%, compared to the manual method which has an error rate of 20%. This research also offers added value through the integration of QR code technology and efficient shift features, providing a significant solution for employee management. For the future, it is recommended the development of additional features such as employee data analysis and payroll features to further improve overall employee management.
