Health and physical fitness are the main focus in this modern era. To achieve an ideal body and optimal health, a planned exercise program and a healthy lifestyle are the keys. However, for some people, organizing and monitoring exercise programs and healthy eating patterns can be a challenging task. In this context, the development of a Fitness Information System (FIS) is an effective solution. This study aims to design and implement a FIS that helps individuals achieve fitness and health goals. This FIS is equipped with features such as exercise progress recording, customized diet plans, exercise suggestions based on individual goals, and notifications to motivate users. Data on the user's physical condition and food preferences are collected to develop an appropriate plan. The FIS development method involves analyzing user needs, designing a database-based system, implementing an intuitive user interface, and testing and evaluation. It is expected that the FIS can be an effective tool in helping individuals carry out exercise programs and healthy eating patterns regularly and measurably. With this FIS, it is hoped that people can achieve their fitness and health goals more easily and efficiently. In addition, FIS can also increase awareness of the importance of fitness and a healthy lifestyle in the community.
