Abstract
Parking vehicles in confined spaces often presents a challenge for drivers due to limited visibility and the risk of colliding with surrounding objects. Misjudging distances during parking can lead to impacts and vehicle damage. This study aims to design and develop a car parking sensor system using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor based on the Arduino Uno platform. The system is designed to detect the distance between the vehicle and nearby obstacles and to alert the driver through LED indicators and a buzzer. The Arduino Uno serves as the primary microcontroller due to its data processing capabilities and wireless connectivity support, enabling efficient data transmission to other devices.
